  • LOOK FOR PEOPLE WHO LEAD YOU TO FEEL MORE OPTIMISTIC AND LESS PESSIMIC...THEN ASSOCIATE WITH THEM.

  • GET RID OF RESENTMENTS.  LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS TO RESENTMENTS INSTEAD.

  • SIMPLY CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY.  MAKE THE BASIC DECISION TO PURSUE HAPPINESS.

  • PICK SOMETHING AND DO IT WITH ALL YOUR HEART

  • DON'T BACK DOWN ON ISSUES IMPORTANT TO YOU.

  • DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING.

  • BE A LITTLE LESS JUDGEMENTAL AND A LITTLE MORE OPEN-MINDED.

  • DEVELOP PERSONAL GOALS, THEN DEVELOP A PLAN TO ACHIEVE THEM.  WRITE IT ALL DOWN.

  • HELP SOMEONE WHO NEEDS HELP WHEN YOU CAN.

  • BE A POSITIVE FORCE IN OTHER PEOPLE’S LIVES. 

  • KEEP ON THE SUNNY SIDE OF LIFE.  EXPECT THAT GOOD THINGS WILL MOSTLY HAPPEN. 

  • LISTEN TO YOUR HEART---HOW YOU FEEL WHEN HAVING TO MAKE A MAJOR DECISION.

  • PRACTICE BEING CONTENT IN THE MOMENT EVERY DAY FOR A FEW MINUTES OR LONGER.

  • FIND A CAUSE.
